1. Introduction

Levvero ("the App") is a personal activity and habit tracking application. This policy describes the data the App collects, how that data is used, and your rights regarding it.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

All user-created content — activities, goals, streaks, mood entries, sleep logs, and preferences — is stored locally on the device in an on-device database. This data is never transmitted to any external server.

3. Crash Reports

The App uses Firebase Crashlytics, a service provided by Google, to collect crash reports. When a crash occurs, the following technical information may be transmitted automatically:

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional subscriptions processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). All payment information is handled by the respective platform. The App does not receive, process, or store payment details such as credit card numbers or billing addresses.

5. Accounts

The App does not require or support account creation. No registration, authentication, email address, or user profile is involved. No account data exists to delete.

6. Analytics

The App may use analytics services to measure usage patterns and inform product improvements.

7. Advertising

The App does not display advertisements and does not share data with advertising networks.

8. Location and Sensor Data

The App does not access device location, camera, microphone, contacts, or other device sensors.

9. Third-Party Services

Firebase Crashlytics (Google) is the sole third-party service that receives data from the App.

10. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. No personal data is collected or transmitted from any user.

11. Data Retention

All user-created data resides on the device. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes it. Crash report data is retained by Firebase Crashlytics for 90 days.

12. Your Rights

All personal data is stored locally on the device and is under your full control. All data can be deleted at any time through the App's settings. No external request is necessary.

13. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be revised at any time. The current version will always be available at this page with the date of the latest revision.
